Praise God! Now the indefinite strike and Bandh has been withdrawn by the Maoists after six days.  Now people are starting to breath a normal life.   The Maoist's decision to withdraw the strike has been welcomed and appreciated by almost everyone.   It was an important and timely decision by the Maoists to end the agitation and the Bandh as the country was almost at the verge of violance, conflict and confrontation which could lead to a bloodshed of the people..   PRAYER: Pray that the such situation would not repeat and no more bloodshed would take place in future.  Pray that the peace process would continue smoothly and there would be reconciliation and concensus between the political leaders so taht they would be able to make the constitution in time.   (Kathmandu: 08/05/010)
